The PCC Plant-wide connection of your extrusion lines offers an incredible transparency of what really happens in the production area - in real time.

Displayed centrally and also on Personal Computers which can be integrated in your factory network, all available production data from the control systems are displayed. Precise material balance sheets, quality control, central data saving are possible without the need of large I.T. budgets.
The basic software package includes a number of sophisticated data logging and order database applications. In most cases the PCC will meet your demands without any custom screens displays. Optionally, the transmission of the collected data out of the PCC system to your internal network or other software system is possible. Additionally production specific data out of your own system network can be sent to the PCC.
