| The Navigator operator concept allows a simple but central graphical control of all your line components such as extruder drives, temperatures, haul-off, treater, calibration basket, collapsing frame and blower controls via a touch screen. It doesn't matter if the system is for retrofit, conversion or for new lines, with the modular concept the Navigator can be adapted easily.
This flexible solution for existing extrusion lines as well as for new lines enables you to implement an identical operation philosophy throughout your entire company. | The Navigator operator panel can be used parallel to an existing control panel or as master panel of the extrusion line. You can select a wide range of optional reports. Material consumption, trends, film tolerances, order-, roll-, shift-reports are implemented in the system.
A large resource of state of the art software links makes an easy connection to the internal company network. The Navigator machine control is a cost effective alternative to a complete exchange of your existing control system. |
